We use service providers only where needed to operate the product, process payments, provide support, monitor reliability, and store media or backups. Provider categories include cloud hosting and security, object storage, payment processing, support and notification tooling, email delivery, error monitoring, and AI-assisted product features.
For opt-in website usage telemetry, we use PostHog Inc. as an analytics processor. The website sends allowlisted product events; automatic form-value capture is disabled. Session replay is a separate optional choice and is masked and disabled on sensitive routes.
For requested support and scheduled consultations, authorised Auto Wisdom staff may use Slack as an internal support and consultation-work processor. Some providers may process data outside India. Where this occurs, we apply contractual, access-control, and data-minimization measures. We do not sell personal data.
