At Auto Wisdom, we understand that plans can evolve. Our refund and cancellation policies balance buyer flexibility with the scheduling commitments of our Detailing Studio partners and consultation team.
Confirmed bookings for detailing studio services may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Car buying consultations involve pre-session research, analysis, and expert review. Because a confirmed slot is prepared for your specific buying decision, consultations are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the booking is confirmed.
Rescheduling may be permitted at the sole discretion of the consultant, provided a request is made at least 48 hours in advance.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
