At Auto Wisdom, we understand that plans can evolve. Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to balance the flexibility required by our Members with the scheduling commitments of our Detailing Studio partners and Engineering Consultants.
Confirmed bookings for detailing studio services may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Technical consultations and engineering advisory sessions involve significant pre-session analysis. Due to the high-density nature of these slots, **consultations are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled** once the booking is confirmed.
Rescheduling may be permitted at the sole discretion of the consultant, provided a request is made at least 48 hours in advance.
Once a refund is initiated, the timeline is as follows:

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
