Refund Policy

24-HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW

Confirmed bookings for detailing studio services may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

• Full Refund: Cancellations made before the 24-hour window are eligible for a full refund.
• Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled slot are non-refundable.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS & ANTI-ABUSE RULES

• Timely Filing: Refund claims must be submitted in writing to hi@autowisdom.in within 24 hours of session completion.
• Active Participation: You must have completed the pre-session questionnaire in good faith and attended the entire scheduled video consultation slot.
• Objective Basis: Refund claims must cite specific, objective criteria where the advice failed to address requirements detailed in the pre-session questionnaire.
• Attendance Exclusions: No-shows or joining the session more than 10 minutes late will disqualify eligibility for a refund.
• Lifetime Limit: To prevent exploitation, refunds are strictly capped at one per customer lifetime.
